Sybiha engaged in intensive diplomatic talks
Brussels, May 15 (Hibya) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha announced that he met with representatives of several countries as part of a multilateral diplomatic event.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha met with UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper, Danish Foreign Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen, Luxembourg Foreign Minister Xavier Bettel, and Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis to discuss pressure on Russia and support for Ukraine.
He stated that during the meetings he shared information about Russia’s “aggression and terror on the ground.” He also noted that Ukraine’s situation on the front lines and the latest developments were conveyed to his counterparts.
In addition, increasing international pressure on Moscow, maintaining military and political support for Ukraine, and possible peace initiatives were discussed. Sybiha emphasized that such multilateral contacts represent an important opportunity for Ukraine’s diplomatic efforts.
