The Netherlands unveils its international artificial intelligence strategy
Amsterdam, July 3 (Hibya) – The Dutch government has unveiled its international artificial intelligence strategy aimed at strengthening the country's economic and security interests while promoting the safe use of AI.
Dutch Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation Tom Berendsen stated that investments in artificial intelligence will determine countries' future positions in the global landscape.
Berendsen said, "Countries investing in artificial intelligence today are increasingly shaping the rules of tomorrow. That is why the government is presenting its international AI strategy today."
Emphasizing that the new strategy is designed to strengthen the Netherlands' economic and security interests, Berendsen added, "In this way, we are reinforcing our economic and security interests while at the same time promoting the safe and responsible use of artificial intelligence."
