Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi stated that the presence of CENTCOM in the region has brought instability rather than security, arguing that foreign military interventions have failed to contribute to regional stability.

Araghchi said that lasting peace in the region can only be achieved through a comprehensive and inclusive approach without foreign interference, claiming that Iran's Armed Forces have demonstrated that foreign forces are unable even to protect themselves.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei, for his part, alleged that the United States is not genuinely interested in achieving peace and security in West Asia.

Baghaei argued that meetings organized by the United States are intended to cover up its destabilizing policies and actions that violate international law, calling on regional countries to draw lessons from the recent military operations carried out by the United States and Israel.
