Albusaidi met with Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council Secretary Umerov
Muscat, April 9 (Hibya) - Omani Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi met with Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov and said they discussed regional and international security issues and emphasized diplomacy for peace.
Omani Foreign Minister Badr Albusaidi made a statement regarding his meeting with the Ukrainian delegation and bilateral contacts.
Expressing his satisfaction with the meeting, Albusaidi said, "I was pleased to meet today with His Excellency Mr. Rustem Umerov, Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council."
Referring to the content of the meeting and the fundamental principles, Albusaidi said, "We exchanged views on our shared regional and international concerns and reaffirmed that diplomacy and dialogue remain the only path to peace."
