Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Yotova stated that the strategic importance of the Black Sea region is increasing in the rapidly changing global security environment and that Bulgaria's contribution to collective defence is becoming stronger. She stressed the importance of the Bulgarian defence industry making a greater contribution to strengthening the defence capabilities of the European Union and NATO.

The meeting also reviewed initiatives aimed at strengthening Europe's defence capabilities and Bulgaria's role in these projects. Yotova said defence investments should be planned in coordination among countries and supported by the necessary logistical infrastructure.

The Vice President also noted that the Corridor VIII, Danube Bridge 3, and Vertical Gas Corridor projects would strengthen regional connectivity and contribute to Europe's security.

At the meeting, held ahead of the NATO Summit in Ankara on July 7–8, Yotova expressed her expectation that the summit would produce practical decisions taking into account the interests of allied countries and the evolving global security environment.
