Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic issued a statement regarding his meeting with the Grand Master of the Order of Malta, Fra' John Timothy Dunlap.

Plenkovic said they expressed their respect for the humanitarian activities carried out by the Order of Malta during the meeting.

He noted that both sides reaffirmed their commitment to the principle of Christian solidarity and emphasized the importance of supporting the most vulnerable and disadvantaged members of society.

The statement also said that support for strengthening cooperation between the Croatian Relief Service of the Order of Malta and Croatian Caritas was discussed.
