Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said agreements reached with international partners must be implemented rapidly, outlining the diplomatic roadmap for the period ahead and the country's priority needs.

Addressing the coordination of diplomatic efforts and the main agenda items, Zelensky said, "We coordinated our diplomatic work for the coming weeks. Our three main priorities are financing Ukraine's defense, our long-range operations and medium-range strikes; energy and winter preparations; and the full implementation of the necessary social programs in Ukraine and support for economic activity."

Zelensky said Prime Minister Sergii Koretskyi had provided information on the processes being carried out with partners, adding, "Prime Minister Sergii Koretskyi reported on the implementation of agreements reached with our partners and preparations for additional steps, particularly with Canada, Norway and other important countries. Ukrainian ministries and the Office team must demonstrate a much faster pace and fully implement what we discussed at the leaders' level."

Calling on ministries and institutions, Zelensky concluded, "We must use every opportunity to work with our partners to cover Ukraine's defense financing gap and energy needs, further develop social programs and support Ukrainian business activity at this stage of the war. No opportunity should be missed."
