Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that they held a productive meeting with German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul.

Sybiha noted that they began the talks by discussing developments in the Middle East and Ukraine-Germany defense cooperation, particularly the development of joint unmanned aerial vehicle production.

Emphasizing that Ukraine is a security partner and contributor with unique battlefield experience and capabilities that help protect lives, including in the Middle East, Sybiha said they rely on long-term contracts to ensure the sustainability and predictability of cooperation.

Sybiha expressed gratitude to Germany for all its support, leadership, and principled and consistent stance.
