Croatian Foreign Minister Gordan Grlic Radman addressed the impact of the attacks on international law.

Speaking about the civilian targets of the attacks, Radman said: “I strongly condemn Russia’s recent appalling attacks on Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa and Kharkiv. Targeting civilians and first responders is a clear violation of international law.”

Drawing attention to Russia’s strategy and civilian casualties, Radman stated: “As the aggressive war against Ukraine is failing, Russia is deliberately resorting to terrorizing civilians.”

Radman concluded his statement by saying: “Our thoughts are with the victims and their families. Croatia stands with Ukraine and remains steadfast in its support for its sovereignty and resilience.”
