Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten shared his assessments on deepening bilateral relations and strategic cooperation between Vietnam and the Netherlands.

Referring to the long-standing relations between the two countries and existing areas of cooperation, Jetten said, "Vietnam and the Netherlands have been strong partners for many years. In addition to our close trade ties and strategic cooperation on sustainable agriculture, water and climate adaptation, we also want to further deepen our cooperation in areas such as high technology and semiconductors."

Pointing to the focus of the meeting and regional objectives, Jetten said, "Both countries support the international legal order, and Vietnam is an important partner in the Indo-Pacific region. I discussed this with Prime Minister Le Minh Hung this morning."

Emphasizing the future of bilateral relations, Jetten concluded his statement by saying, "Together, we want to take the Vietnam-Netherlands partnership to the next level."
