Israeli Foreign Ministry: Missile hits residential area in Haifa
Jerusalem, April 6 (Hibya) - The Israeli Foreign Ministry announced that a missile launched from Iran struck a residential area in Haifa, resulting in civilian deaths and injuries.
The Israeli Foreign Ministry issued a statement following the missile attack in the city of Haifa, addressing civilian casualties and destruction in the area.
The statement noted that the attack directly targeted a residential area, stating: "A missile from Iran hit a residential area in Haifa. As a result of the attack, 2 people were killed and 4 others were injured, including a woman and a baby."
The statement emphasized that search and rescue operations are ongoing at the scene, adding: "Two people are still missing under the rubble."
The statement also condemned the Iranian regime's attacks on civilian targets, saying: "By deliberately targeting civilians, the Iranian regime is adding another crime to its long record of war crimes and crimes against humanity."
