Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, received a delegation from the U.S. Congress.

According to a statement issued by Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting with the delegation, consisting of Republican House members Ryan Zinke and Michael Baumgartner, focused on bilateral relations between Pakistan and the United States.

Dar highlighted the positive momentum recently achieved in bilateral relations, while both sides exchanged views on expanding cooperation in trade, investment, information technology, energy and other areas of mutual interest.

The meeting emphasized the importance of parliamentary exchanges in strengthening mutual trust and reinforcing the long-standing partnership between the two countries.

The U.S. Congressional delegation also praised the contributions of the Pakistani-American community to the U.S. economy and society, noting that the diaspora serves as an important bridge between Pakistan and the United States.

The two sides also discussed regional and international developments, while the members of Congress acknowledged Pakistan's role in supporting regional peace and stability.
