Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky provided information on countermeasures shaped by intelligence data and the impact of allies’ sanctions policies on the ground.

Referring to analyses of Russia’s military strategies, Zelensky said: “We are thoroughly analyzing Russia’s updated war plans. The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine clearly understands what exactly the enemy is planning and what priorities have been set by Russia’s political leadership for its army.”

Pointing to the consequences of reduced international pressure, Zelensky stated: “Unfortunately, the easing of sanctions and the political pressure of our partners on the aggressor have led to a partial increase in Russia’s military ambitions.”

Zelensky added regarding Ukraine’s military roadmap: “Today, I approved the list of our next operations.”
