Zelensky: 4 killed, 5 injured in drone attack on civilian minibus in Kherson
Kherson, August 19 (Hibya) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that 4 people were killed and 5 others injured in a Russian FPV drone attack on a civilian minibus in Kherson.
Ukrainian President Zelensky reported that Russia carried out an attack on a civilian minibus in Kherson using an FPV-type unmanned aerial vehicle.
Zelensky said 4 people were killed and 5 were injured in the attack. He stated that the necessary teams were continuing their work at the scene and that the details of the attack were being investigated, noting that it was clear the minibus was civilian.
Zelensky said civilians in Kherson and Ukraine's frontline regions face such attacks in their daily lives, and called for increased pressure on Russia and support for Ukraine's defense.
Zelensky also thanked the countries providing aid packages to Ukraine and imposing new sanctions on Russia.
