Von der Leyen: We are making progress on visa liberalization
Yerevan, May 5 (Hibya) – European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen made a statement regarding the visa liberalization process with Armenia.
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen spoke about visa exemption and the future of bilateral relations during her visit to Armenia.
Referring to the importance of the process, von der Leyen said, “We are making progress on visa liberalization. I know this is very important for Armenians.”
Emphasizing the strategic value of this step for the EU, von der Leyen added, “It is also important for the EU, because it brings our peoples even closer together. I am confident that we will succeed.”
