Tsahkna: Ukraine's long-range strikes are increasing Russia's cost of war
Tallinn, July 10 (Hibya) - Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna claimed that Ukraine's long-range strikes are having an impact on Russia's energy infrastructure and air defense systems.
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said that Ukraine's long-range strikes continue to increase Russia's cost of war.
Tsahkna claimed that Russia's main oil refineries have been put out of operation and that its air defense systems have failed to protect critical infrastructure.
He also argued that Russia has shifted from being an exporter of petroleum products to becoming a fuel-importing country, claiming that this demonstrates the impact of Ukraine's strikes.
