The Syrian Presidency announced that President Ahmed Al-Sharaa received Qatar's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Khulaifi at the People's Palace in Damascus.

According to the statement, Syrian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Asaad Al-Shaibani also attended the meeting.

The meeting focused on developing bilateral relations between Syria and Qatar, supporting regional engagement and cooperation efforts. The two sides also discussed reconstruction, humanitarian assistance, and investment opportunities during the recovery process.
