Kyiv, June 27 (Hibya) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said he had a productive conversation with Panama's Foreign Minister Javier Martinez-Acha, noting that the two countries are interested in expanding cooperation across a wide range of areas, including the defense industry.

Referring to diplomatic contacts with Panama, Sybiha said, "I congratulated Panama and my colleague Martinez-Acha on the successful celebration of the 200th anniversary of the Panama Amphictyonic Congress."
Speaking about the roadmap for the coming period, Sybiha said, "We discussed the next steps in advancing our bilateral agenda and the ongoing preparations for our upcoming high-level contacts."
Highlighting opportunities for sectoral cooperation and Ukraine's resilience, Sybiha said, "Our countries are interested in expanding mutually beneficial cooperation across a broad range of areas, including the defense industry. I also briefed my colleague on the latest developments on the battlefield and emphasized that Ukraine remains strong and determined."
