Rubio meets with Indian External Affairs Minister Jaishankar
Washington, July 22 (Hibya) - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with India's External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar on the sidelines of the ASEAN Summit.
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said he was pleased to meet with India's External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar during the ASEAN Summit.
Rubio stated that the meeting covered regional security issues, the Quad, trade, and defense agreements.
Highlighting the ties between the two countries, Rubio said, "Our relationship with India is of vital importance."
