Croatian Prime Minister Plenkovic congratulated Filipovic, who was elected as the Croat member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Plenkovic said he had met with HDZ-BiH President Dragan Covic and Filipovic and congratulated Filipovic on her election campaign and the result she achieved.

Stating that the Croat people in Bosnia and Herzegovina now have a legitimate representative in the Presidency, Plenkovic also congratulated HDZ-BiH and its coalition partners on the results they achieved at all levels of government.

Plenkovic said that after the formation of the new government, they would continue to further develop relations between Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina and support the Croat people in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
