Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates described the awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize to Judge Navi Pillay as amplifying the voice of truth and the oppressed.

In a statement, the ministry said Pillay had dedicated her life to defending the primacy of international law and the importance of justice, and had defended the rights of the oppressed in South Africa and various parts of the world, including Palestine.

The statement highlighted Pillay’s role in leading the United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory from 2021 to 2025. It said her work contributed to securing justice for victims and documenting genocide, sexual violence, the targeting of children and other crimes stated to have been committed by Israel.

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry said the award also serves as encouragement to those who remain committed to international law and justice and work to hold accountable those responsible for genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.
