Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.

Providing information about the content of the conversation and regional developments, Sharif said: "During the telephone call, I expressed my deep appreciation for Qatar’s unwavering support for Pakistan’s peace efforts throughout the Gulf crisis. We also exchanged views on the latest developments regarding the historic peace agreement."

Emphasizing his hope for lasting stability in the region, Sharif concluded his message by saying: "We remain hopeful that this historic initiative will provide a strong foundation for lasting peace and stability across the region."
