Orban: Hungary will maintain the protected fuel price system
Budapest, April 2 (Hibya) – Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban announced that despite demands from Brussels, the protected fuel price system implemented in the country will continue and will remain valid for Hungarian families, businesses, and farmers.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban made evaluations regarding the future of the system applied to fuel prices.
Emphasizing that they will not step back despite external demands, Orban said, "Regardless of what Brussels demands, Hungary will maintain the protected fuel price system."
Stating who the system will cover, Prime Minister Orban added, "These prices will continue to apply only to Hungarian families, businesses, and farmers. For us, Hungary comes first."
