Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

According to a statement from the Presidency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev attended the opening ceremony of Nizami Ganjavi National Pedagogical University in Tashkent.

The heads of state cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the higher education institution and planted a tree in the university courtyard. Aliyev and Mirziyoyev were briefed on the history and current status of Nizami Ganjavi National Pedagogical University.

The institution was founded in 1935 as the Tashkent Pedagogical Institute on the basis of the Faculty of Pedagogy of Central Asian State University, and in 1947 it was renamed the Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute.

Since 1998, the institution has operated as Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University. The university has a total of 33 departments, including 6 higher pedagogical schools, 1 joint higher education school and 1 master’s department. The university offers 38 bachelor’s and 31 master’s programs.
