Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni commented on an incident that occurred during the commemoration ceremony for the 262 workers who lost their lives in the Marcinelle disaster. Meloni criticized some representatives of the CGIL trade union for turning their backs while Senate President Ignazio La Russa was speaking and reading a message from President Sergio Mattarella.

Meloni said the behavior marked a moment when political protest turned into a gesture of contempt toward state institutions. Stating that Marcinelle should be a place of remembrance, respect and the dignity of labor rather than political divisions, Meloni described the behavior at the ceremony as disrespectful.
