Lavrov held talks with Saudi Foreign Minister Al Saud
Moscow, May 9 (Hibya) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud held a phone conversation.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud discussed the risk of renewed escalation in and around the Strait of Hormuz during their phone call on May 8.
The two ministers agreed that a new conflict should not occur in the region and emphasized the importance of continuing diplomatic contacts for a long-term solution.
