According to a statement from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a phone call with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi.
The parties confirmed their readiness to make efforts to facilitate the diplomatic process in order to reach lasting agreements and ensure long-term peace in the region.
