Kazakhstan and Malawi establish diplomatic relations
Astana, September 25 (Hibya) – Kazakhstan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and Malawi were formally established on the sidelines of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
According to a statement from Kazakhstan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kazakh Foreign Minister Murat Nurtleu and Malawi Foreign Minister George Chaponda signed a Joint Communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The statement said the agreement lays the groundwork for strengthening political dialogue and expanding practical cooperation between the two countries.
