The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs claimed that banks, hawala systems, charities, organized crime and cryptocurrencies are used to finance organizations such as Hamas and Hezbollah, while reporting that artificial intelligence has also emerged as a new area in terrorism financing.

The statement said that a new ITIC study reveals how terrorism is financed and the direction in which the threat is evolving.
