According to a statement by Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar attended the High-Level Committee meeting to review preparations for the 9th Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Women's Ministerial Conference, which Pakistan will host on July 12-13, 2026.

The committee thoroughly reviewed the conference venue, program schedule, reception of delegations, protocol arrangements, security measures, logistics, media arrangements, and inter-ministerial coordination to ensure the event is conducted smoothly.

Emphasizing the importance of flawless implementation during the final stage of preparations, Dar instructed all relevant ministries and institutions to ensure full participation, strengthen coordination, and complete all remaining tasks according to the established timetable.
