During the meeting held in Doha, Qatar’s Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met with International Atomic Energy Agency Director General Rafael Grossi.

The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation between Qatar and the IAEA, while also reviewing the latest status of negotiations concerning Iran’s nuclear program.

The parties also exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest. The meeting drew attention as it took place during a period of intensified diplomatic contacts and discussions regarding the nuclear file in the Middle East.
