Ottawa, September 3 (Hibya) - Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney announced that VIA Rail passenger cars will be manufactured in Canada for the first time in 40 years. Carney said more than 300 cars will support approximately 700 jobs in Ontario and Quebec.
