Cuban President Canel Bermudez made a statement regarding US military rhetoric toward Cuba.

Diaz-Canel said: “The US President is raising threats of military aggression against Cuba to a dangerous and unprecedented level.”

Calling on the international community, Diaz-Canel said: “The international community must take note of this and, together with the American people, decide whether to allow such a grave criminal act to satisfy the interests of a small but wealthy and influential group driven by revenge and a desire for dominance.”

The Cuban leader added: “No matter how powerful, no aggressor will find surrender in Cuba. They will face a people determined to defend their sovereignty and independence in every inch of their national territory.”
