Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

According to CCTV, a total of 599,300 people in high-risk areas were evacuated due to Typhoon Saudel, which affected Fujian province in eastern China.

The Provincial Flood Control and Drought Relief Center said the evacuations were carried out due to heavy rainfall that has continued in recent days. Relevant authorities in the province allocated 210 million yuan (about $31 million) for emergency rescue, disaster relief and post-disaster operations.

While the center continues its Level IV response to Typhoon Saudel, it has also activated a Level III emergency response for flood control, the third-highest response level.

Saudel, the 18th typhoon of 2026, made landfall for the third time on Thursday morning in Zhangpu County of Zhangzhou city in Fujian province. Tens of thousands of people were evacuated following warnings of strong winds and heavy rainfall.

The typhoon was reported to have affected 128,500 people in 53 counties in neighboring Jiangxi province, while about 8,700 people were urgently evacuated. Authorities in Jiangxi activated a Level IV flood-control emergency response on Friday morning.
