Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky shared details of operations conducted by the Ukrainian military on Russian territory and against strategic sites, stating that the strikes had successfully reached their intended targets.

Emphasizing that Ukraine continues its retaliatory actions with determination, Zelensky said, "Ukraine continues carrying out long-range strikes in response to Russia's attacks. Last night, our Defense Forces struck targets in various regions of Russia that are fueling this war."

Detailing the military and strategic facilities that were hit, Zelensky stated, "Once again, a facility in Kirov that supplies components for the weapons Russia uses against our people was struck. It is located approximately 1,200 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. An oil refinery in Tyumen, a logistics facility in Yekaterinburg, and a fuel and lubricants depot in Rostov-on-Don were also hit."

Drawing attention to the operations in the Caspian Sea, Zelensky concluded his statement by saying, "We also achieved very significant results through long-range strikes in the Caspian Sea, including against ships used for military cargo shipments related to Iran and a warship."
