Islamabad, August 2 (Hibya) – Pakistan's Permanent Mission to the United Nations (UN) held a farewell ceremony for accountant Mian Muhammad Umar, who completed his term of service, and welcomed Abidullah as the mission's new accountant.

According to a statement issued by the mission, the ceremony was attended by Pakistan's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad, Deputy Permanent Representative Ambassador Usman Jadoon, as well as the mission's diplomats and staff.
Speaking at the event, Ambassador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad thanked Mian Muhammad Umar for his dedication, professionalism, and valuable contributions to the mission throughout his tenure.
Ambassador Ahmad praised Umar's commitment and hard work and wished him success in his future life and professional endeavors.
The ceremony also welcomed Abidullah as the mission's new accountant. Ambassador Ahmad wished him every success in his new position and extended a warm welcome.
