Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that he attended a reserve combat officers' course at Kibbutz Migdal Oz in Gush Etzion, where they discussed challenges in various fields.

Netanyahu said that Israel appreciates the support provided by the United States but emphasized that the country needs to become more independent in the field of defense.

Netanyahu stated, “I deeply appreciate the support we receive from our American friends, but we must free ourselves from dependence and establish our own independent weapons network.”

Referring to the struggle against Iran and Iran-backed groups, Netanyahu said: “We are currently standing up to Iran and its proxies. We have struck them. It is not over yet, but it depends on our strength. Where we will be in 30 years depends on our strength. Therefore, what we are doing now is building great strength.”

Netanyahu also highlighted the importance of domestic production in the defense industry, stating that Israel must manufacture its own weapons and establish an independent weapons supply network.
