Merz: The Pension Commission’s recommendations are excellent and insightful
Berlin, June 23 (Hibya) - German Chancellor Friedrich Merz described the recommendations contained in the report prepared by the Pension Commission as “insightful and positive”.
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz thanked the members of the commission, particularly Professor Janda and Mr. Weise, stating that the proposals provide significant contributions to Germany’s social and economic structure.
Merz emphasized that the proposed measures would contribute not only to the pension system but also to strengthening economic growth and employment.
Referring to the economic benefits, Chancellor Merz said: “This will also contribute to growth and employment, which will benefit Germany and our economy.”
