Lithuanian Foreign Minister Budrys visits Yad Vashem
Yad Vashem, 16 June (Hibya) - Lithuania’s Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys began his visit to Israel by paying tribute to Holocaust victims at Yad Vashem.
Lithuanian Foreign Minister Budrys said he began his visit to Israel by visiting Yad Vashem and honoring Holocaust victims.
At Yad Vashem in Jerusalem, Budrys paid tribute to Holocaust victims.
“Yad Vashem reminds us how easily humanity can be drawn into crime and gives hope that even in the darkest times moral collapse can be resisted. By honoring the victims, we commit to ensuring such tragedies never happen again,” he said.
