European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas made a statement regarding the new progress achieved within the framework of the Belgrade–Pristina Dialogue.

Kallas said: "The agreement reached today on civil registries and the Law on Foreigners constitutes an important step for the benefit of all people in Kosovo. Ensuring the continuity of public services is essential."

Thanking everyone who contributed to the project, Kallas said: "I thank everyone who made constructive contributions to the implementation of this project."

Emphasizing the importance of the implementation phase of the agreements, Kallas said: "In the coming period, the implementation of agreements reached in the past is of vital importance. This development creates new momentum for the Belgrade–Pristina Dialogue and I am ready to host a high-level meeting soon."
