Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu issues condolence message for fallen soldiers
Jerusalem, March 9 (Hibya) - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a condolence message for Master Sergeant Or Demri and Master Sergeant Maher Khatar, who lost their lives in clashes in southern Lebanon.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a statement regarding the casualties that occurred during military operations carried out in southern Lebanon.
Offering condolences to the families of the fallen soldiers, Netanyahu said: "My wife and I extend our deepest condolences to the family of the late combat engineer Master Sergeant Or Demri, who fell in battle in southern Lebanon."
Emphasizing the soldiers' sense of duty, Netanyahu said: "He also fell in the same incident with his late friend Master Sergeant Maher Khatar; both were heroes who went into battle to defend our country against the Hezbollah terrorist organization."
Netanyahu also delivered a message of social solidarity, stating: "Together with the entire people of Israel, we stand with Or’s family during this difficult time. May his memory be a blessing."
