Ankara, July 7 (Hibya) - Finnish President Alexander Stubb held a meeting with the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, on the sidelines of the NATO Summit in Ankara.

Thanking President Erdoğan for hosting the summit, Stubb said, "Türkiye is an important ally for Finland in the fields of security and the economy. Together, we are building a safer Europe."
Stubb stated that regional security issues and cooperation among NATO allies were discussed during the meeting, while also highlighting Türkiye's diplomatic efforts aimed at achieving a lasting and just peace in Ukraine.
