Dar: Alhamdulillah, I have concluded two highly productive visits
Islamabad, July 25 (Hibya) – Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, said after his engagements in Manila and Cholpon-Ata that regional and global partnerships had been strengthened.
Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, commented on the international summits and diplomatic meetings he attended, thanking the staff of Pakistan's diplomatic missions for their efforts.
Sharing details of the visits and their achievements, Dar said: "Alhamdulillah, I have concluded two highly productive visits: to Manila for the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Foreign Ministers' Meeting, and to Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan, for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Council of Foreign Ministers Meeting. These visits provided valuable opportunities to hold important discussions with my counterparts on bilateral, regional, and global issues, while also enabling us to further strengthen Pakistan's relations with its friends and partners in ASEAN and the SCO."
Expressing his gratitude to the teams involved, Dar said: "I extend my sincere appreciation to Team Pakistan at our Embassy in Manila, led by Ambassador Asima Rabani, and to our Embassy in Bishkek, led by Ambassador Altamash Wazir, as well as to the accompanying delegation and the officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for their coordination and support throughout these visits."
