UK Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper spoke about her meeting with Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty and the partnership between the two countries.

Emphasizing Egypt’s strategic importance in the region, Cooper said, “At a time of heightened regional tensions, Egypt’s role in promoting stability in the Middle East and Africa is more important than ever.”
