Bulgarian delegation attends France's National Day military parade
Sofia, July 14 (Hibya) – Bulgarian Foreign Minister Velislava Petrova, at the invitation of French President Emmanuel Macron, attended the traditional military parade held in Paris to mark France's National Day together with the official delegation led by Prime Minister Rumen Radev.
Held at Place de la Concorde under the theme "Europe's Strategic Awakening," the ceremony also featured a representative unit of the Bulgarian National Guard. Approximately 6,686 soldiers, 299 military vehicles, 193 horses, 98 military aircraft, 32 helicopters and around 60 unmanned aerial vehicles took part in the parade.

In addition to Bulgaria, soldiers from the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Austria, Canada and Australia, as well as 25 Ukrainian soldiers, marched in the ceremony.
