Ottawa, July 20 (Hibya) – Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand announced that Canadian company JCM Power is preparing to expand its renewable energy investments in Pakistan.

Anand stated, “JCM Power is supplying clean energy to Pakistan's electricity grid through its 50-megawatt wind farm in Sindh.”
She added that they discussed the company's planned 240-megawatt hybrid wind-solar project to be developed in partnership with Karachi Electric, saying, “This new investment will increase electricity generation, strengthen Pakistan's clean energy sector, and support a more reliable power grid.”
